Job Title: Creative Operations Specialist / Manager (Design + Video)

Role Overview
We’re hiring a Creative Operations Manager to bring structure, clarity, and efficiency to our design and video workflows. This role sits at the intersection of Marketing, Design, and Video Production, ensuring seamless execution from brief to delivery.
You will be responsible for translating business requirements into clear creative briefs, managing timelines, and driving cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced workplace with multiple stakeholders and parallel projects.
Key Responsibilities
1) Creative Project Management
- Translate business and marketing requirements into structured, actionable creative briefs
- Plan project timelines, allocate resources, and ensure on-time delivery across design and video initiatives
- Manage multiple concurrent projects with clear prioritization and execution rigor
- Track progress, identify bottlenecks, and proactively drive resolutions
2) Stakeholder & Workflow Management
- Act as the central point of coordination between Marketing, Design, Video, and other internal teams
- Consolidate feedback from stakeholders and ensure clear, actionable communication to creative teams
- Maintain structured workflows and ensure alignment across all stakeholders
- Ensure smooth handoffs across stages of creative production
3) Quality Control & Delivery Excellence
- Perform basic quality checks on creative outputs before stakeholder reviews
- Ensure adherence to briefs, brand guidelines, and timelines
- Drive consistency and efficiency in creative output across formats
4) Vendor & Production Coordination
- Coordinate with external vendors, freelancers, and production partners when required
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and communication for outsourced work
- Ensure vendor outputs meet quality and timeline expectations
Requirements
- 3–8 years of experience in Creative Operations, Project Management, or Production roles
- Prior experience working closely with Design and/or Video teams
- Strong understanding of digital, social, and video content formats
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex timelines
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- High ownership mindset with a bias for execution and delivery
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in agency or in-house creative teams
- Exposure to video production workflows and vendor management
- Familiarity with project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, or similar
- Ability to bring structure and process improvements to creative workflows
