Job Title: Sourcing Manager Real Estate (Goa)

Location: Goa (Candidates from Goa / Mumbai preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

n

- Identify and source potential clients for real estate projects through various channels
n
- Generate leads via brokers, CP network, digital platforms, and on-ground activities
n
- Build and maintain a strong local broker network in Goa
n
- Conduct market research and track competitor activity
n
- Coordinate with internal sales teams for site visits and conversions
n
- Maintain lead data and ensure regular follow-ups.
n

nRequirements:n

n
- 2-5 years of experience in sourcing / real estate sales
n
- Strong network with brokers / channel partners (preferred)
n
- Good communication and negotiation skills
n
- Familiarity with the Goa real estate market is an advantage
n
- Willingness to travel intra-city / inter-city if required.
