We are looking for a agile and customer-oriented Customer Service & Sales Executive who can manage customer support while also contributing to sales growth. The ideal candidate will handle customer queries, build robust relationships, and convert leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
n
Provide product information and recommend suitable solutions
n
Convert inquiries into sales opportunities
n
Follow up with potential and existing customers
n
Maintain customer database and track interactions
n
Coordinate with sales, logistics, and support teams
n
Resolve complaints efficiently while maintaining customer satisfaction
n
Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
n
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports
n
nRequirements:n

Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
n
Solid communication skills (English & Hindi)
n
Basic understanding of sales processes and customer handling
n
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
n
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
n
Prior experience in customer service or sales preferred
