Roles and Responsibilities

n

n
- Oversee daily operations of the plant, including manpower handling, machine shop maintenance, and production planning.
n
- Plan production activities to meet customer requirements, ensuring timely delivery of products.
n
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards through effective implementation of ISO systems (ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001).
n
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to product development, procurement, and supply chain management.
n
- Monitor KPIs such as OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), FMEA (Failure Mode Effects Analysis) to optimize production efficiency.
