Job Summary

nWe are seeking a proactive and focused Overseas Recruitment Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a passion for delivering excellent service. This is a great opportunity for freshers or individuals with up to 1 year of experience in customer service who are looking to grow in a dynamic environment.n

Key Responsibilities

n· Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media platformsn

· Actively listen to customer concerns to understand their needs

n

· Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies

n





· Resolve complaints professionally, escalating issues when necessary

n

· Build rapport through friendly and open communication

n

· Proactively check customer satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities

n

Qualifications

n· 0–1 year of experience in customer service (Freshers are welcome to apply)n

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

n

· Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure

n

· Customer-first attitude with problem-solving capabilities

· Basic computer proficiency
