Role Description

This is a full time, on-site Manager role based in Bankura. The Manager will be responsible for driving business growth by managing key client relationships, leading sales initiatives, and ensuring the achievement of set targets. Responsibilities include planning and executing sales strategies,



collaborating with cross-functional teams, resolving customer queries, and identifying new business opportunities. The Manager will also provide training and guidance to team members, ensuring consistent performance and alignment with company goals.

Qualifications

- Strong leadership and team management skills to guide and motivate team members effectively
- Proven ability in sales, client relationship management, and business development strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with stakeholders and customers
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving aptitude to identify and act on business opportunities
- Experience in financial services or insurance is preferred, but not mandatory
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed business targets and performance goals
- Proficiency in data interpretation and its application to drive decision-making
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
