Job Summary

nAnmol Feeds Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced qualified for the position of Breeder Operations for its Bankura location. The role will be responsible for breeder farm set-up, end-to-end farm operations, production performance, biosecurity implementation, team management, and ensuring operational excellence.n

Key Responsibilities

- Lead breeder farm greenfield / new farm set-up activities from planning to operational readiness.
n
- Manage day-to-day breeder farm operations to achieve productivity and performance targets.
n
- Ensure optimum fertility, hatchability, flock health, feed efficiency, and mortality control.
n
- Implement stringent biosecurity, hygiene, and compliance standards.
n
- Coordinate with veterinary, hatchery, feed mill, maintenance, and procurement teams.
n
- Develop SOPs and operational systems for breeder farm efficiency.
n
- Monitor production KPIs, cost controls, and farm MIS reporting.
n




- Handle manpower planning, training, discipline, and workforce productivity.
n
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across breeder operations.
n

nCandidate Requirements:nn
- 712 years of relevant experience in Breeder Farm Set-up & Operations within poultry industry.
n
- Proven experience in establishing and managing breeder farms.
n
- Strong leadership and team handling capabilities.
n
- Sound knowledge of breeder management, production systems, and farm compliance.
n
- Strong problem-solving and reporting skills.
n
- Candidates must be from Eastern India (West Bengal, Odisha, Bihar, Jharkhand, Assam, Northeast, etc.).
n
- Must be able to join within 20 days.
n

nPreferred Qualification:nGraduate / Diploma in Veterinary Science, Poultry Science, Agriculture, Animal Husbandry, or related discipline.n
