Job Title Sales Manager - Chemical Solvents North India Location NCR Haryana Punjab UP Rajasthan Travel Across North India Industry Industrial Chemicals Solvents Specialty Chemicals Experience Required Mandatory - Minimum 5-10 years of industrial chemicals solvent sales experience in North India About the Role We are looking for a highly driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our industrial chemicals solvent business across North India The ideal candidate must have hands-on regional experience solid relationships with distributors manufacturers and industrial buyers and a proven track record of achieving volume and margin targets in solvents chemicals Key Responsibilities Sales Business Development Drive sales of chemical solvents and industrial chemicals across North India Develop new customers in pharma paint resin adhesives agrochemicals oil gas personal care rubber packaging and manufacturing sectors Manage and grow existing customer accounts to increase wallet share Identify large-volume solvent buyers and convert them into key accounts Monitor competitor activity and update management on pricing trends and demand patterns Market Expansion Build and execute a regional sales strategy for expanding solvent business in NCR Haryana Punjab Himachal Rajasthan and UP Develop solvent distributor network and generate long-term channel partnerships Explore recent application markets for existing and recent products Sales Operations Execution Own the complete sales cycle lead generation techno-commercial proposal negotiation closing Achieve monthly quarterly and annual volume revenue targets Coordinate with logistics warehouse and accounts for seamless delivery and collections Ensure timely payment collection and credit control as per company policy Customer Relationship Management Conduct plant visits product demos and technical discussions with procurement and production teams Maintain CRM records visit reports sales forecasts and pipelines Build strong relationships with purchase heads plant managers and decision-makers Required Experience Skills Mandatory Requirements Minimum 5-10 years of experience in industrial chemicals solvent sales in North India Strong customer network in NCR Haryana Punjab Rajasthan and UP Experience selling solvents like Toluene Xylene IPA Acetates MEK MIBK Methanol Glycols etc Must have handled B2B industrial clients distributors and bulk buyers Skills Strong negotiation and closing skills High market intelligence and ability to track solvent price trends Excellent communication presentation and relationship-building skills Ability to travel extensively across North India Self-motivated with strong ownership and execution capability Education Bachelor s degree in Chemistry Chemical Engineering or Science preferred MBA Marketing International Business is an added advantage Compensation Competitive salary performance incentives Travel allowance mobile internet reimbursement Opportunity to lead regional expansion and new product launches Why Join Us Fast-growing chemical trading distribution company High-growth solvent business with strong import pipeline Opportunity to build and manage a strong regional portfolio Exposure to large industrial customers and technical segments Job Type Full-time Pay 30 000 00 - 100 000 00 per month Benefits Flexible schedule Application Question s Do You have Experience of Industrial Chemicals Sales in North India Do You have B2B sales experience in North India Industries Work Location In person
