Job Summary ZOCA Cafe Bhiwani is seeking a skilled and motivated Chef de Partie CDP to lead the Continental and Chinese cuisine section of our kitchen The CDP will be responsible for managing the section preparing high-quality dishes training junior staff and maintaining kitchen standards to ensure exceptional food quality and timely service Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the Continental and Chinese kitchen section Prepare and cook a wide variety of dishes as per recipes and standards Supervise train and mentor Commis and kitchen helpers in the section Ensure consistent quality taste and presentation of all dishes Manage mise-en-place inventory and stock control for the section Enforce food safety hygiene and kitchen SOPs strictly Coordinate with Sous Chef and other kitchen sections for smooth service Monitor and minimize food wastage and maintain cost control measures Maintain cleanliness equipment and kitchen tools in the section Assist in menu development and suggest improvements to existing dishes Ensure timely and efficient service during busy hours Requirements Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a multi-cuisine kitchen with focus on Continental and Chinese cuisine Prior experience as a CDP or senior cook preferred Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent knowledge of cooking techniques ingredients and presentation Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Solid team player with good communication skills Knowledge of food safety standards HACCP FSSAI is essential Preferred Qualifications Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts Hotel Management preferred Experience working in multi-cuisine or fine-dining restaurants Familiarity with inventory and cost control systems Work Schedule Rotational shifts Lunch Dinner Must be available on weekends and public holidays Salary Benefits Competitive salary based on experience and skills Staff meals provided Uniform and safety gear provided Incentives and performance bonuses Career growth opportunities within the ZOCA group About ZOCA Cafe - Bhiwani ZOCA Cafe is a popular multi-cuisine restaurant known for its diverse menu and vibrant ambiance Join our kitchen team and be part of a growing brand that values quality teamwork and innovation Job Type Full-time Pay 28 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Work Location In person
