Area Sales Manager - Hydraulic Rock Breakers Job Type Full-time CTC Up to 4 00 000 per annum Incentives Industry Hydraulic Rock Breakers Construction Equipment Mining Machinery Functional Area Sales Business Development Channel Sales Work Location Tamil Nadu Multiple Locations Travel Extensive field travel required We are hiring an experienced Area Sales Manager - Hydraulic Rock Breakers for the Tamil Nadu market The role involves field sales dealer development contractor engagement and territory growth for hydraulic rock breakers and excavator attachments across construction quarry mining and infrastructure segments This position is ideal for candidates with hands-on experience in construction equipment sales rock breaker sales quarry equipment or mining machinery who are comfortable with on-ground sales execution Key Responsibilities Achieve sales targets for Hydraulic Rock Breakers in assigned Tamil Nadu territories Develop and manage dealers distributors and sub-dealers Generate business from excavator owners quarry operators mining contractors infrastructure companies and EPC contractors Conduct site visits product demonstrations and technical discussions Identify new market opportunities and expand territory coverage Track competitor activity pricing trends and market intelligence Coordinate with service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat sales Maintain daily field reports customer data and sales pipeline updates Required Skills Experience 2-5 years of field sales experience in Hydraulic Rock Breakers Construction Equipment Excavator Attachments Mining or Quarry Equipment Strong understanding of Tamil Nadu construction and quarry markets Experience in B2B sales channel sales and dealer management Willingness to travel extensively across assigned regions Good negotiation communication and relationship-building skills Preferred Candidate Profile Experience selling rock breakers excavators crushers mining equipment or earthmoving machinery Existing network with dealers contractors quarry owners and infrastructure companies Diploma Graduate Mechanical or related field preferred Salary Perks CTC up to 4 LPA depending on experience Performance-based incentives Career growth opportunities in a growing heavy equipment brand On-ground leadership exposure Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay Up to 400 000 00 per year Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
