We are looking for a Service Advisor for our automobile service center in Pathanamthitta. Freshers with valuable communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers and understand their service requirements
Create job cards and explain service details to customers
Coordinate with technicians and workshop team
Update customers about service status and delivery time
Ensure customer satisfaction and proper follow-up
Requirements:
Graduation / Diploma (Automobile preferred, but not mandatory)
Good communication and customer handling skills
Basic computer knowledge
Willingness to learn (Freshers can apply)
Salary: 12000 to 20000
Joining: Immediate
Job Types: Full time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
