Job Description:
nSS Hyundai is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager (Service Department) to join our Pathanamthitta branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer satisfaction, handling service-related queries, and ensuring a seamless service experience for all customers.n
Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee all customer interactions in the service department
n
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
n
- Handle customer complaints and provide timely resolutions
n
- Monitor service feedback and implement improvement strategies
n
- Coordinate with service advisors and technicians for smooth workflow
n
- Maintain customer database and follow-up schedules
n
- Ensure adherence to company standards and service quality
n
nRequirements:n
n
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in customer relationship/service role (automobile industry preferred)
n
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills
n
- Good knowledge of customer handling and complaint resolution
n
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
n
- Leadership and team coordination skills
n
nWorking Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PMn
