Role Overview

nWe are seeking a competent and results-driven Site Engineer (Civil) to oversee and manage on-site construction activities. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are executed efficiently, in compliance with technical specifications, safety regulations, and quality benchmarks.n

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day site operations and construction activities
n
- Ensure execution aligns with approved drawings, specifications, and project plans
n
- Monitor project progress and proactively address delays or technical challenges
n
- Coordinate effectively with contractors, consultants, vendors, and internal stakeholders
n




- Enforce quality control standards and site safety compliance
n
- Plan and manage site resources including manpower, materials, and equipment
n
- Maintain accurate site documentation, reports, and progress records
n
- Support project planning, scheduling, and cost control initiatives
n

nQualifications & Experiencen

n
- B.Tech in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 2 years of relevant site experience
n
- Diploma in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of relevant site experience
n

- Strong technical knowledge of construction methodologies and site execution
n
- Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings and specifications
n
- Effective communication and stakeholder coordination skills
n
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities
n
- High level of accountability, attention to detail, and professionalism

- Preference to candidates having experience in Govt Projects.
