About the Role

n

We are looking for a Senior Manager – Recruitment who will operate at a strategic leadership level, driving talent acquisition initiatives with the scope and influence of an Assistant Director / Vice President.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

Act as a strategic talent advisor to senior leadership, providing insights on the Thiruvananthapuram and Kerala talent market, including skill availability, competition, and compensation trends.

n

Own and drive the end-to-end talent acquisition strategy, aligning hiring plans with business growth and workforce planning.

n

Partner with C-suite leaders and business heads to translate business objectives into scalable hiring strategies.

n

Lead large-scale and complex hiring initiatives across levels, ensuring high-quality delivery, speed, and governance.

n

Build and drive proactive talent pipelines for critical and future roles using innovative sourcing strategies.

n

Bring robust understanding of the Trivandrum IT ecosystem to enhance hiring effectiveness.

n

Drive innovation in recruitment, including new sourcing channels, digital tools,



and assessment methodologies.

n

Use data and analytics to track hiring performance, identify trends, and improve decision-making.

n

Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing recruitment team, fostering a consultative and performance-driven culture.

n

Manage and optimize relationships with external partners, vendors, and recruitment agencies.

n

Influence and enhance employer branding to position the organization as a preferred employer in the region.

n

Engage with clients (where applicable) to support workforce planning, hiring commitments, and delivery confidence.

n

Act as a trusted escalation point for critical hiring challenges and drive resolution with a business-first approach.

n

Required Qualifications

n

15+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment Leadership

n

Proven experience operating at a strategic level with senior stakeholders and business leaders

n

Strong knowledge of the Thiruvananthapuram hiring market

n

Demonstrated ability to lead large teams and manage complex hiring environments

n

Experience in IT services, GCC, or consulting organizations preferred

n
