Role Description

n

This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Sales Associate role located in Bengaluru South.

n

The Sales Associate will be responsible for assisting buyers in property transactions, building and maintaining client relationships, managing inquiries, providing expert advice on real estate trends,



and ensuring customer satisfaction.

n

The role will additionally involve coordinating property visits, maintaining accurate records of sales activities, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales objectives.

Qualifications

n

- Strong sales skills, including client relationship management, negotiation, and closing deals
- Knowledge of real estate market trends and property-related regulations
- Effective verbal and written communication skills for presenting properties and interacting with clients
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple transactions and client requests
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and digital platforms is an advantage
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, real estate, marketing, or a related field
- Previous experience in real estate sales or related industries is preferred
