Hiring: Senior Creative Conceptualizer (End-to-End Ownership Role)

We craft high-impact brand experiences, product launches, dealer meets, exhibitions, and MICE programs, with a strong focus on storytelling, visual impact, and business outcomes. Our work spans leading brands such as ABFRL, Yamaha, LG, Hitachi, MakeMyTrip, Endress+Hauser, and Infurnia, delivering ideas that not only engage audiences but also win business.

XploR (by BizConnect) is our innovation and digital arm, focused on 3D, AR/VR, XR, and AI-led content creation. We enable brands to bring their products and stories to life through immersive, cinematic, and visually driven experiences, enhancing both communication and engagement across platforms.

Role Description

We are looking for a seasoned creative professional who can take ideas from concept to final delivery—not just ideate, but drive outcomes.

What this role involves

- Building concepts, themes, and narratives for:
- Events & brand experiences
- Sales pitches & presentations
- Cinematic AI films & product stories
- Pre-event teaser campaigns




- Writing scripts and pitch narratives
- Creating high-impact presentations
- Leading teams to ensure idea → execution consistency

How we work

We already have robust in-house capabilities:

2D | 3D | Graphics | Video | AI

In addition, the role requires you to:

- Identify gaps and bring in the right talent (full-time / part-time / freelancers) when needed
- Build and align teams to deliver the required output

The focus is simple: ensuring work is delivered with quality and within timelines.

Experience

- 10+ years in events / advertising / content / brand experience
- Exposure to large corporates and pitch environments

Important to note

This is NOT a pure ideation or remote role.

We are looking for someone who enjoys being hands-on, involved, and close to execution.

Location: South Bengaluru (Hybrid model)
