Job Summary

Ramada by Wyndham, Aligarh is seeking a highly skilled and passionate Executive Chef to lead our culinary operations. The Executive Chef will be responsible for managing kitchen staff, maintaining high food quality standards, creating cutting-edge menus, and ensuring smooth kitchen operations while adhering to hygiene and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Lead and manage the entire kitchen operations including all outlets and banquet kitchens.
- Plan, develop, and design seasonal and innovative menus.
- Maintain high standards of food preparation, taste, presentation, and quality.
- Monitor food cost, control wastage, and manage kitchen budgets effectively.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff.
- Coordinate with F&B;, purchasing, and management teams for smooth operations.
- Manage inventory, vendor coordination, and ordering of kitchen supplies.
- Ensure timely food production for restaurant, room service,



and banquets.
- Implement SOPs and maintain consistency in food quality.

Requirements:n
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a reputed hotel or hospitality brand.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Expertise in multi-cuisine menu planning and food production.
- Knowledge of food safety standards (FSSAI guidelines).
- Ability to manage food cost and kitchen operations efficiently.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Culinary degree or diploma from a recognized institute preferred.
