Role Overview

nWe are looking for a highly driven Admissions Leader to spearhead student enrollments and lead integrated sales, marketing, and digital outreach efforts at our Vellore campus. This role requires a strong ability to drive conversions both offline and online.n

Key Responsibilities

- Drive end-to-end student admissions funnel (lead → counseling → conversion)n
n
- Plan and execute on-ground & digital marketing campaignsn
n
- Lead social media strategy and campaign execution (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp)n
n
- Coordinate with digital agencies and optimize lead generation campaignsn
n
- Conduct high-impact counseling sessions with parents and studentsn
n
- Manage and mentor admissions executivesn
n
- Plan and execute school outreach, events, and campus engagement programsn
n
- Track performance using Excel/CRM tools and improve conversion metricsn
n
- Ensure strong follow-up systems and closure disciplinen
n
- Represent the institution in a professional and persuasive mannern

nCandidate Profilenn
- 4–10 years of experience in sales, admissions, marketing, or digital marketing rolesn
n




- Proven ability to drive targets and conversionsn
n
- Hands-on experience with:n

- Social media campaign executionn

n
- Lead generation funnelsn
n
- Basic digital ad understanding (Meta/Google)n
n
- Robust leadership and team handling capabilityn
n
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (in-person & virtual)n
n
- Highly disciplined, proactive, and ownership-drivenn
n
- Strong interpersonal and people management skillsn
n
- Proficient in Excel, CRM systems, and campaign trackingn

nLanguagesnn
- Any South Indian Language (Mandatory)n

- English (Mandatory)n

nCompensationn40,000 to ₹90,000 per month (based on experience and performance)n
