Job Title: Sales Manager – Micro Mortgage

Role Summary

The Sales Manager – Micro Mortgage will be responsible for driving business growth in the micromortgage segment by managing a team, acquiring quality business, and ensuring portfolio health. The role focuses on market expansion, team productivity, and achievement of disbursement and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive sourcing of Micro Mortgage business through team, DSAs, referrals, and local market channels

- Lead, coach, and monitor Relationship Managers to achieve business targets

- Build strong relationships with local brokers, connectors, builders, and influencers

- Ensure endtoend loan processing including login, credit coordination, and disbursement

- Monitor portfolio quality, delinquency levels, and ensure timely collections followup

- Ensure adherence to credit policies, documentation, and compliance guidelines

- Conduct regular market mapping and competitor analysis in Kota region





- Prepare MIS reports and review team performance regularly

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate in any discipline

- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Micro Mortgage / Affordable Housing / Home Loans / LAP

- Prior team handling experience is mandatory

- Strong local market knowledge of Kota and nearby catchment areas

- Proven track record in sales target achievement
