This is a full time, in office Administrative Assistant role located in Chennai. The Administrative Assistant will support day-to-day office operations, manage schedules, and handle communications with professionals and stakeholders. Responsibilities include clerical tasks, maintaining records, ensuring smooth workflow, and supporting executive-level staff as needed.
Responsibilities:
Bank deposit handling
Collection-related tasks
Filing and record maintenance
Maintaining inward and outward entries
Front office operations
Utility bill payments
Monitoring housekeeping activities
Other field-related duties as assigned
Skills & Documents Required:
Valid driving license
Working knowledge of MS Office
