Job Summary:

The Telecaller will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls related to patient inquiries, appointment scheduling, follow-ups, and feedback collection. The role ensures smooth communication between patients and hospital departments while maintaining high standards of customer service and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls from patients and visitors courteously and professionally.
Make outbound calls to confirm appointments, follow up on reports, or remind patients of upcoming visits.
Provide information about hospital services, doctors’ availability, consultation timings, and procedures.
Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments in the hospital management system.
Record and update patient details accurately in the database.
Coordinate with departments (OPD, Diagnostics, Billing, etc.) to resolve patient queries.
Collect and document patient feedback to improve service quality.
Maintain a record of daily calls, inquiries, and follow-ups for reporting purposes.
Handle patient complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate authority.




Ensure confidentiality of patient information as per hospital policies.

Key Skills & Competencies:
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English and local language(s).
Customer service orientation and a polite, empathetic attitude.
Robust listening and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and hospital management or CRM software.
Ability to multi-task and handle pressure in a rapid-paced environment.
Basic understanding of medical terminology (preferred).

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
