Job Title: Center Head

Location: Junagadh

Time: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Center Head to lead and manage our education center in Junagadh. The role involves academic oversight, student admissions, center operations, and building corporate relationships to ensure student success and institutional growth.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Manage overall daily operations of the center.
- Supervise academic, administrative, and support teams.
- Manage B.Voc specializations, courses, timetables, exams, and student assessments.
- Drive growth, increase student intake, and expand the course’s reach.
- Implement effective marketing strategies to achieve admission targets.
- Handle documentation, fees collection, and financial management.
- Oversee internships, placements, and student support services.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with university,



industry partners, parents, and students.
- Organize workshops, training sessions, and placement activities.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Required Skills:

- Proven experience in center/branch management, education administration, or training industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage teams, meet targets, and drive admissions.
- Networking ability with corporates for placements and internships.
- Proficiency in relevant software and technology.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (preferably in Management, Education, or related field).
