Job Description
Olive Builders and Developers is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth for our premium residential projects in Kottayam. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in real estate sales, excellent leadership abilities, and a solid understanding of the local property market.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to consistently achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand market presence and increase customer acquisition.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners.
- Monitor local real estate market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to plan and execute lead-generation campaigns.
- Represent the company at property exhibitions, client meetings, and project site visits.
- Prepare and present accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance insights to senior management.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven experience in real estate sales with a strong record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
