We are seeking a dynamic Accountant position in Vizianagaram for an Educational Institute.

n

Domain: - Education.

n

Roles and Responsibilities: -

n

· Working Experience with Advance Tally and Excel/Spread Sheets is mandatory.

n

· Skills required in Accounting, Inventory, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable.

n

· Supervise calculation and timely filling of statutory payments and returns like TDS, GST, PF, ESI, PT.

n

· Preparation of financial statements.

n

· Handle Accounting Activities like general ledger and payroll.

n

· Bank Reconciliation.

n

· Provides financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data; preparing reports.

n

· Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.

n

· Documents financial transactions by entering account information.

n

· Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.

n

· Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.

n

· Guides accounting clerical staff by coordinating activities and answering questions.

n





· Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analysing account information.

n

· Secures financial information by completing database backups.

n

· Maintains financial security by following internal controls.

n

· Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.

n

· Prepares special financial reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing account information and trends.

n

· Maintains and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential.

n

Minimum Qualification: -

n

· B.Com/M.Com/MBA(Finance) or Relevant field.

n

Minimum Experience: -

n

· 1 to 3 years of experience in book keeping within the Educational Institution.

n
