Field Recruiter – Hiring Prompt

Role: Field Recruiter
Location:Kottayam,Thiruvanathapuram,kochi,thrissur.
Experience: 1–4 years (or as needed)

About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented Field Recruiter who can manage end-to-end hiring for frontline and field-based roles. This role requires traveling to different locations, sourcing candidates on-ground, and building strong local talent pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct on-ground recruitment drives, walk-ins, and campus hiring
- Source candidates through local networks, job fairs, referrals, and field visits
- Screen and shortlist candidates for frontline roles (sales, operations, delivery, etc.)
- Coordinate interviews and ensure smooth candidate experience
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for ongoing requirements
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs
- Track hiring metrics and maintain recruitment reports





Required Skills:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a field-based, target-driven environment
- Familiarity with local hiring markets and sourcing channels
- Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and tools
- Willingness to travel extensively

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience hiring for blue-collar / bulk / frontline roles
- Background in staffing agencies or high-volume recruitment
- Graduate in any discipline

Job Type: Full-time
