Job Title: Assistant Finance

Location: Ekkaduthangal, Chennai (Onsite)

Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST (Night Shift)

Experience: 0–2 years

Preferred: Local candidates

Job Description

We are Looking a motivated Assistant – Finance to support payroll, accounts, and finance operations for both US and India. The role includes payroll processing, invoicing, payment handling, financial record management, and basic administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

- Process timesheets, prepare payroll, and generate payslips.
- Handle accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and payment processing.
- Maintain accurate financial and payroll records.
- Assist with reconciliations and month-end closing.
- Coordinate with internal teams for finance inputs.

Requirements

- 0–2 years in finance/payroll/accounts.
- Proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables).
- Knowledge of QuickBooks/Tally/ERP systems preferred.
- Basic accounting & bookkeeping knowledge.
- Robust attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
- Willingness to work night shifts.
