This is a remote position. Job Title: Relationship Executive Summary We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Relationship Executive to manage the documentation process for candidates of Clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting documents, generating contract letters, and maintaining accurate onboarding data for the clients. . This role requires a laptop/desktop with stable broadband internet and basic knowledge in Microsoft Excel (MIS). Key Responsibilities :1. Document Collection: Collect and verify documents from candidates, ensuring completeness and accuracy.2. Contract Generation: Generate contract letters and other relevant documents using templates and client-specific requirements.3. Onboarding Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date onboarding data for clients, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements with regular report & MIS.4. Data Entry: Accurately enter candidate data into internal systems, ensuring data integrity and minimising errors.5.



Client Communication: Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to resolve documentation issues and ensure smooth onboarding processes.6. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve documentation processes, ensuring efficiency and quality.
