Role Description

nThis is a full-time on-site role for a Service Manager - Marine Engines, located in the Pune Division.n

The Service

nManager will oversee the effective management of marine engine services, including maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair. Daily responsibilities include team coordination, customer communication, ensuring adherence to service quality standards, and managing timelines for project completion.



The role also involves monitoring service operations to enhance efficiency and providing technical training to staff and clients as needed.n

Qualifications

- Technical expertise in Marine Engines, including maintenance, troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repair
n
- Strong ability to manage and coordinate service teams to achieve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
n
- Proficiency in customer relationship management with excellent problem-solving and communication skills
n
- Knowledge of service quality assurance, project timelines, and technical compliance standards
n
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Marine Engineering, or related field
n
- Previous experience in a service management role or a technical role in marine or related industries
n
- Proven ability to teach and train staff on advanced technical systems and processes
n
- Willingness to work on-site at the Pune Division
n
- Familiarity with industry trends, including advancements in internal combustion engine technologies, is an advantage
