- Maintain employee records and HR databases

- Support in handling employee queries

- Assist in attendance and documentation management

- Coordinate with different departments for HR activities

- Basic knowledge of HR processes

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Organizational and multitasking abilities

- Proficiency in MS Office is a plus

- Willingness to learn and grow
