Shift Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM IST (Flexible; availability required for scheduled client/internal calls)
Experience Required: 2–4 Years
Compensation: ₹50,000 – ₹70,000 per month
Employment Type: Full-Time

Position Overview

We are seeking a Project Coordinator to support our Project Managers and delivery teams in planning, executing, and closing software development projects. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between clients, internal teams, and leadership—ensuring smooth communication, proper documentation, and timely delivery of milestones.

This role is ideal for candidates who have experience in IT project coordination, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and aspire to grow into Project Management roles.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of mobile and web development projects.
- Prepare and manage Scope of Work (SOW) documents, Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), project timelines, milestones, and delivery plans.
- Ensure teams have the necessary tools, access, and resources required for project execution.
- Support Project Managers in creating project schedules, effort estimates, and resource planning.
- Coordinate with design, development, and QA teams to track progress and ensure timely delivery.
- Communicate with clients to understand requirements, share updates, clarify deliverables, and address queries.




- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including:
- Scope of Work (SOW)
- Business Requirement Documents (BRDs)
- User stories
- Task breakdowns
- Meeting notes
- Status reports
- Participate in project discussions and requirement-gathering sessions while suggesting process improvements.
- Track risks, issues, blockers, and dependencies, and proactively escalate concerns.
- Assist in creating test cases and support application testing during project closure.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
- Support payment follow-ups, project closure documentation, and final handover processes once projects are completed.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in IT project coordination or similar roles.
- Strong experience in preparing SOWs, BRDs, and project documentation.
- Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, ClickUp, Asana, or similar.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong documentation and reporting skills.
- High attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
