Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Senior AC Technician to lead installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, troubleshooting skills, and the ability to supervise junior technicians.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, inspect, maintain, and repair split AC, window AC, cassette, and central HVAC systems
- Diagnose faults and perform effective troubleshooting of electrical and mechanical issues
- Handle gas charging, leak testing, and compressor-related work
- Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed
- Supervise and guide junior technicians on-site
- Maintain tools, equipment, and service records
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company policies
- Communicate with clients regarding service updates and recommendations
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an AC Technician
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and components
- Ability to read technical diagrams and manuals
- Experience in installation and maintenance of various AC units
- Basic electrical knowledge is mandatory
- Good communication and team leadership skills
- ITI / Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (preferred)
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with VRF/VRV systems
- Knowledge of energy-effective systems
- Customer service orientation
Salary: 20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
License/Certification:
- 2 Wheeler License (Preferred)
