Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive Lead Generation Specialist who can identify, engage, and qualify potential clients through various online channels. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B lead generation, especially in IT services, and a strong understanding of digital outreach strategies.

Key Responsibilities

- Research and identify potential clients (startups, SMEs, founders, agencies)
- Generate leads through platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, email outreach, and other channels
- Build and manage prospect lists and databases
- Send personalized outreach messages and follow-ups
- Qualify leads based on requirements and budget
- Coordinate with the sales/technical team for handover
- Track and report lead generation performance

Required Skills & Experience

- Proven experience in lead generation, B2B sales, or similar role
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn outreach, cold emailing, and Upwork bidding
- Excellent written communication skills (very important)




- Ability to research and identify decision-makers
- Familiarity with CRM tools or spreadsheets
- Self-motivated and results-driven

Good to Have

- Experience in web development or digital services industry
- Knowledge of Laravel, WordPress, or SaaS products
- Experience with tools like Apollo, Hunter, Lemlist, etc.
