The Role

We are hiring a Sales Manager to drive SKF Bearings & Industrial Product sales in Bhiwadi, Rajasthan (RIICO Industrial Area coverage). You will be the face of SKF in your territory - building relationships with OEMs, plant managers, and procurement teams while achieving aggressive sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with OEMs, MRO customers, and industrial end-users in your territory

- Conduct regular customer visits (15-20 per week) to existing and prospective clients

- Provide technical consultation on SKF bearing selection, failure analysis, and replacement recommendations

- Prepare and follow up on techno-commercial quotations and proposals

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets with a focus on SKF Bearings portfolio

- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and update CRM with all customer interactions

- Analyze territory sales data and submit weekly visit reports and monthly MIS

- Coordinate with the accounts team for order processing, credit follow-up, and collections

- Represent DHE Global at trade shows, exhibitions, and SKF-sponsored events

- Provide product training to customers and internal team members





- Collaborate with the technical team for complex application solutions

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Monthly sales target achievement

- 15-20 customer visits per week

- Minimum 80% quotation-to-order conversion rate

- Quarterly new customer acquisition targets

- CRM data accuracy and timely reporting

Required Qualifications

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics Engineering or equivalent

- 3-5 years of experience in industrial/B2B product sales (bearings, power transmission, or industrial hardware preferred)

- Experience with SKF, Timken, NSK, NTN, or similar brands is a strong plus

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable with field travel

- Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office

- Valid two-wheeler driving license
