Role Description
This full-time, in office role as a Hardware Support Specialist is based in Bengaluru South. The role involves providing technical hardware support, diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware issues, and ensuring effective resolution of problems to maintain optimal system performance.
The specialist will also conduct periodic computer maintenance to prevent technical disruptions and ensure customer satisfaction through responsive, professional, and efficient service.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Hardware Support and Technical Support
Strong skills in Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
Experience in ensuring Customer Satisfaction by delivering high-quality support
Technical expertise in Computer Maintenance and upkeep
Good communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with team members and clients
Experience with hardware systems in corporate or enterprise environments is a plus
Relevant certification or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is advantageous
