Company Description
North Star Sports Academy, operated by Savrag Revolution Forum (Section 8 Non-Profit), is a gymnastics and badminton training centre in Sector 78, Faridabad. We train children from age 4 upward in world-class coaching environments and are focused on making sports accessible to every family in Greater Faridabad. We are growing rapidly and need an energetic, persuasive, street-smart executive to drive our admissions and build our community presence.
Role Description
This is a split-day role combining digital marketing in the morning, institutional field work through the afternoon, and parent-facing admissions at the academy every evening. A Storyteller who will strengthen our brand presence and drive student enrollments.
⚡ 11 AM – 4 PM: Social media + Field visits (schools, RWAs, play schools)
4 PM – 8 PM: At academy — handle walk-ins, parent queries and admissions
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Faridabad for a Marketing & Admissions Executive.
Key Responsibilities
A. Social Media & Digital Content (Daily)
• Create and post short-form videos and reels daily on Instagram, Facebook, You Tube Shorts and Whats App Status. — Coaching sessions, student achievements, fun moments from academy
• Write catchy, engaging captions and design basic creatives using Canva or similar tools.
• Maintain a consistent posting calendar — minimum 1 post/reel per day across platforms.
• Monitor comments, DMs and Whats App enquiries and respond promptly.
• Track basic metrics — reach, followers, enquiry leads generated — and report weekly to management.
• Coordinate with coach/management to capture fresh video content at the academy daily.

Field Outreach — Schools, Play Schools & RWAs (11 AM – 4 PM)
• Visit schools across Faridabad to meet principals and PTIs and pitch after-school gymnastics programs.
• Structure and negotiate JV / revenue-sharing arrangements for on-campus gymnastics classes.
• Partner with play schools and early learning centres for monthly 'Gymnastics Day Out' visits to the academy.
• Conduct enrolment drives at Resident Welfare Associations (RWAs), clubs and housing societies.
• Represent the academy at community events, fairs and awareness sessions.
• Maintain a daily visit log and a pipeline tracker of institutions approached, follow-ups pending and deals closed.
C. Academy Admissions & Parent Relations (4 PM – 8 PM)
• Be physically present at the academy every evening to receive parent and student walk-ins.
• Understand the parent's goals and child's profile, and confidently pitch the right program.
• Handle objections, fee queries and batch timing questions with patience and persuasion.
• Convert enquiries into enrolments — this is your primary KPI.
• Follow up on all pending enquiries via Whats App/call within 24 hours.
• Maintain an admission register and provide weekly enrolment reports to management.

professional experience for every family that walks through the door.
Qualifications
Essential:
• Strong spoken communication in Hindi and English — must be confident and fluent.
• Presentable and persuasive — comfortable meeting school principals, RWA heads and corporate contacts.
• Active on social media personally — understands how reels, stories and short videos work.
• Basic Canva or video editing skills — or willingness to learn quickly.
• Self-starter who does not need to be told to follow up or show initiative.
• Must own a two-wheeler and be comfortable with daily field travel across Faridabad.
• Graduate in any discipline. Marketing, Mass Comm or Sports Management preferred.
Preferred (Not Mandatory):
• 1–3 years experience in education sales, coaching centre admissions or field marketing.
• Experience managing Instagram/Facebook pages for a brand, school or coaching centre.
• Personal interest in sports, fitness or working with children
Existing network in Faridabad schools or RWAs is a solid plus.
Compensation & Benefits
• Fixed CTC: ₹4.5 – 5.5 LPA (based on experience and interview)
