Mandatory Requirement:

Minimum 5+ years in fund management, compliance, investment
n
solid background in investment management, fund raising, SEBI/IFSC regulations, and risk & compliance oversight.
n

nJob Roles and Responsibilities:n

n
nOversee fund structuring, investment strategies, and portfolio management in line with IFSC/GIFT City regulations.n

n
nDrive fundraising activities, investor relations, and capital deployment strategies.

n

n
nEnsure compliance with SEBI (IFSC) Guidelines and other regulatory frameworks applicable to FMEs.

n

n

nAct as the designated Principal Officer responsible for ensuring full regulatory compliance.

n

n
nLiaise with IFSCA, SEBI, RBI, and other regulatory bodies for reporting, audits, and compliance matters.

n

n




nDevelop, implement, and monitor risk management policies to mitigate regulatory and operational risks.

n

n
nConduct due diligence, investment analysis, and risk assessment of fund portfolios.

n

n
nEnsure alignment of fund operations with financial and regulatory requirements.

n

n
nEstablish and oversee internal control mechanisms for fund performance and investor protection.

n

n

Qualification and Experience:

n

n
nMinimum 5+ years in fund management, compliance, investmentn

n
nQualification: MBA (Finance), CFA, CA, or equivalent financial certification.

n

n
nDomain Expertise: Robust knowledge of SEBI (IFSC) Guidelines, IFSCA regulations, AIF structures

n
