Role Description

This is a full time in office role located in Tirunelveli for a Business Development Manager.

n

In this role, the candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing recent business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and creating strategic growth plans.

n





Additional responsibilities include conducting market research, managing sales pipelines, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive project success.

n

The Manager will also be tasked with ensuring smooth communication and consistent client satisfaction throughout project lifecycles.

Qualifications

Proven skills in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management
Experience in Market Research, Strategic Planning, and Negotiation
Project Management and Coordination skills
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently
A background in architecture, interior design, or construction industries is advantageous
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Ability to work on-site in Tirunelveli and travel as needed for client interactions
