Role Description

nWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Executive Sales Representative for a full-time, on-site role located in Dadri. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales initiatives, building and maintaining solid client relationships, and achieving sales targets in the real estate domain.n





Responsibilities also include assisting prospective clients in property selection, conducting market research, preparing sales proposals, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure exceptional customer service. You will play a key role in guiding clients through every stage of their property purchasing journey.

Qualifications

Proven experience in Sales, lead generation, and client acquisition
n
Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
n
Knowledge of real estate trends, market research, and property consulting
n
Ability to deliver persuasive sales pitches and close transactions effectively
n
Proficient in CRM tools and sales tracking systems
n
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (preferred)
n
Demonstrated ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
n
Prior experience in the real estate sector is highly desirable
