Position: ABA Therapist / Psychologist Qualifications:
B. Sc. / M. Sc. in Psychology
B. A. / M. A. in Psychology
BSW / MSW (Social Work) Key Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and create individualized intervention plans.
Provide therapy to children and adults with developmental, behavioral, or psychological challenges.
Work collaboratively with speech and hearing professionals in a multidisciplinary setup.
Maintain detailed records of therapy sessions and progress reports.
Offer guidance and counseling to families for better care and support strategies. Skills & Attributes:
Robust interpersonal and communication skills.
Empathy and patience in dealing with clients and their families.
Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is an advantage.
