Job Summary
We are a leading furniture manufacturer in Muzaffarnagar looking for a highly skilled TIG (Argon) Welder to join our production team immediately. The ideal candidate must have specific experience in Aluminum Pipe Welding for high-end furniture. We need someone who can produce clean, smooth welds that require minimal grinding.
Key Responsibilities
- Aluminum Pipe Welding: Expertly weld thin-walled aluminum pipes and frames for chairs, tables, and sofas.
- TIG/Argon Process: Use Argon gas welding to create solid and visually appealing joints.
- Precision Work: Follow measurements and designs accurately to ensure furniture frames are perfectly aligned.
- Material Handling: Work with various gauges of aluminum without causing burn-through or warping.
- Finishing:
Ensure welds are "leak-proof" and smooth enough for powder coating or polishing.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in TIG/Argon welding (Aluminum is a must).
- Skills: Must be able to handle thin-gauge pipes (18-22 gauge).
- Location: Must be based in or willing to commute to Muzaffarnagar, UP.
- Technical Knowledge: Should know how to adjust current/voltage settings for different aluminum thicknesses.
- Speed: Ability to meet daily production targets while maintaining high quality.
