Job Summary:

nWe are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer to manage and supervise residential construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for site execution, quality control, and ensuring timely completion of work as per approved plans and standards.n

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the site
n
- Ensure work is executed as per drawings, designs, and specifications
n
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion
n
- Manage contractors, labor, and site staff effectively
n
- Ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards
n
- Prepare and maintain daily progress reports
n
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, and project managers
n
- Handle material planning, estimation, and inventory at site
n
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues
n




- Ensure compliance with local building regulations and approvals
n

nRequired Skills:n

- Solid knowledge of residential construction methods and materials
n
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
n
- Good leadership and team management skills
n
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability
n
- Knowledge of MS Office and basic construction software (AutoCAD preferred)
n
- Strong communication and coordination skills
n

nQualifications:n

- B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
n
- Minimum 4 years of experience in residential projects
n

nPreferred Candidate:n

n
- Experience in villas, gated communities, or apartment projects
n
- Ability to handle multiple sites (if required)
n
- Immediate joiners preferred
n

nJob Types: Permanent, Full-timenPay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per monthn
