Key Responsibilities

n

Strategic Finance Leadership

n

- Serve as a Finance Business Partner (FBP) to the President and leadership team.n

- Lead financial planning, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.

n

- Provide strategic insights and realistic assessments of risks and opportunities.

n

- Support business strategy development and execution to drive profitable growth.

n

Financial Operations & Compliance

n

- Oversee timely and accurate financial closing and reporting in compliance with corporate policies.n

- Ensure adherence to internal controls, SOX requirements, and ethics & compliance standards.

n

- Manage statutory reporting, tax filings, FX transactions, and external audits.

n

- Coordinate with legal and compliance teams to foster a strong E&C; culture.

n

Cash & Asset Management

n

- Provide cash flow forecasts and asset management analysis.n

- Review and manage bank accounts, credit facilities, insurance policies, and FX hedging.

n

- Drive cash collection activities and review customer credit policies.

n

Governance & Audit

n

- Lead operational and cross-functional audits across branches and operations.n

- Facilitate monthly Controls & Compliance Council meetings.

n

- Respond to internal and external audit requirements.

n

People & Culture

n

- Promote an inclusive and engaging work environment.n

- Communicate effectively with employees and stakeholders.

n

- Mentor and develop successors within the finance team.

n

Qualifications

n

Education

n

- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance (preferred).n

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

n

- CPA / CA certification is required.

n

Experience

n

- 15–20 years of progressive finance leadership experience.n

- Proven track record in multinational environments,



preferably with SEC-registered or NYSE/NASDAQ-listed companies.

n

- Experience integrating financial platforms and leading high-performance teams.

n

- Strong analytical, decision-making, and communication skills.

n

Knowledge & Skills

n

- Deep understanding of U.S. GAAP, India GAAP, and IFRS.n

- Expertise in SOX compliance, taxation, corporate finance, and FX risk management.

n

- Strategic leadership with hands-on operational capabilities.

n

- Ability to mentor and build future leadership within the finance function.
