Role Description

This is a full time on-site role for a Merchandiser, based in Phalodi tehsil. The Merchandiser will be responsible for managing product displays, ensuring timely order fulfillment, coordinating with production teams, analyzing market trends, and maintaining relationships with suppliers and clients.
Additional duties include inventory management, quality checks, and contributing to overall business development strategies.

- Experience in merchandising, inventory management, and vendor coordination
- Understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and product placement
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
- Effective communication and relationship-building abilities with clients and vendors
- Proficiency in Excel and inventory management software
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results
- Flexibility to work on-site in Phalodi tehsil
- Relevant professional experience and/or a Bachelor's degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field
