- Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Medical Representative (MR) or Territory Manager, strictly within the Diabetes, Cardiology, or Chronic Metabolic Disease segments.

- Local Network: Deep, pre-existing professional relationships with high-volume GPs, diabetologists, and lab owners in Darbhanga and surrounding districts.

- Clinical Acumen: Strong foundational understanding of diabetes pathology (HbA1c metrics) and the ability to articulate the critical necessity of fundus evaluations to medical professionals.

- Mindset: Highly analytical, comfortable with data-driven targeting, and capable of operating independently to achieve strategic market penetration rather than just meeting daily visit quotas.
