Role: Executive Assistant – Sales & Operations (Fresher)

Location: BTM Layout,Bangalore (In-office | Immediate joiners only)*

This is a hybrid role based in Bangalore. Pls apply only if you can work out of our Bangalore office in 1 week.

What you’ll do:

n

n
- Create and maintain a daily database from online searches on Excel Sheets
n
- Make 50+ cold calls daily from the database to set up meetings & follow up with leads
n
- Do LinkedIn outreach & database building
n
- Coordinate with clients for deliverables & follow-ups, be the point of contact
n
- Send proposals, schedule meetings, manage calendars and timelines of projects
n
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure daily timelines are met
n
- Maintain trackers, reports & CRM / Excel sheets
n
- Assist the Founder with daily tasks, calls & scheduling as an Executive Assistant.
n
- Finding relevant candidates for hiring on job portals, filtering the profiles and shortlisting candidates.
n

- Excellent spoken & written English

- Confident in making joint calls to prospective clients as per the script

- Valuable with Excel / Google Sheets

- Highly organized, proactive, and reliable

- Ability to handle basic HR tasks
n
- Based in Bangalore, ready to join immediately

Pay: ₹12,482.98 - ₹20,000.00 per month
