We’re looking for a hands-on E-commerce Specialist to manage and scale our online operations across Shopify and marketplaces. This role is ideal for someone who understands both backend operations and customer-facing experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage Shopify store operations including product uploads, inventory, order fulfillment, and overall site management
n
- Handle marketplace operations on Amazon and Flipkart (listings, pricing, performance tracking)
n
- Oversee shipping and logistics via FedEx, Delhivery, and Shiprocket
n
- Support social media management including content posting and coordination
n
- Coordinate with design/content teams for product listings and campaigns
n
- Assist in SEO activities (on-page optimization,
keyword implementation, basic tracking)
n
- Manage customer support via calls and email, ensuring quick and effective resolution
n

- Experience with Shopify and major marketplaces

- Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks

- Good communication and problem-solving skills
