Job Summary

nWe are looking for a Backend Developer (fresher to 1 year of experience) to join us at our Siliguri office. This is a full-time, on-site role with a collaborative, learning-focused team and access to modern AI coding tools from day one.n

Location: Siliguri, West Bengal (Work from Office)

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

n

- Develop and maintain REST APIs using Django and Django REST Frameworkn
n
- Use AI coding tools (Claude, Copilot, Cursor, etc.) effectively in your daily workflown
n
- Write clean, well-tested, and maintainable coden
n
- Work with PostgreSQL to design schemas and write efficient queriesn
n
- Debug issues, fix bugs, and contribute to code reviewsn
n
- Write unit and integration tests for all new featuresn

nRequired Skillsnn
- Strong programming fundamentals in Pythonn

- Basic knowledge of Django and Django REST Frameworkn

- Understanding of relational databases and SQLn

- Familiarity with REST API conceptsn

- Experience with Git and version controln
