Role Description

nThis is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Sales Manager located in Pune City.n

The Area Sales

nManager will be responsible for planning and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives in the assigned territory.n

Responsibilities include identifying and cultivating customer relationships, managing a team of sales executives, achieving sales targets, expanding market penetration, monitoring competitor activities,



and submitting regular sales performance reports. This role will require proactive collaboration with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and successful expansion efforts.

Qualifications

- Experience in sales planning, developing marketing strategies, and achieving revenue targets.

- Strong leadership skills with the capability to manage and guide a sales team effectively.
n
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to establish and maintain partnerships with clients and team members.

- Proficiency in market trend analysis and competitor benchmarking for decision-making and tactical execution.
n
- Problem-solving abilities, with a focus on resolving customer issues and improving service standards.
n
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is preferred.
n
- Experience in the FMCG or dairy industry and knowledge of Pune City and surrounding markets will be an added advantage.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace and meet deadlines while managing multiple priorities.
