Job Title: Accounts Manager / Senior Accountant

About the Company:

nWe are a fast-growing dairy manufacturing company involved in large-scale production of ghee, butter, paneer, khoa, and whey-based products. We are expanding into export markets and building a structured finance and compliance system.n

Key Responsibilities:

n

n
- Handle end-to-end accounting operations (Purchase, Sales, Expenses, Inventory)
n
- Maintain books of accounts in Tally / ERP with high accuracy
n
- Manage GST filings, TDS, Income Tax, and all statutory compliance
n
- Prepare monthly P&L;, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements
n
- Monitor daily cash flow, bank reconciliation, and fund planning
n
- Work closely with internal and statutory auditors
n
- Product costing and margin analysis (Ghee, Butter, Paneer, etc.)
n
- Track receivables & payables; enforce credit discipline
n
- Handle export documentation, invoicing, and compliance (if applicable)
n
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and sales teams
n
- Support management in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
n

nKey Requirements:n

n
- Qualification:



CA Inter / CMA / M.Com / B.Com
n
- Experience: 5–10 years (Manufacturing / Dairy / FMCG preferred)
n
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
n
- Hands-on experience in Tally / ERP systems
n
- Good understanding of inventory accounting and costing
n
- Experience in handling audits independently
n
- Export accounting knowledge is an added advantage
n

nSalary: Competitive – Based on experiencen
