About the Role Codeflare Labs is looking for enthusiastic and confident individuals for a Customer Support role. This is a non-sales position focused on client communication, support, and lead engagement.
Key Responsibilities Connect with potential clients via calls
Provide information about company services
Handle customer queries effectively
Follow up with interested prospects
Maintain records of calls and interactions
Requirements Fluency in Hindi and English is mandatory
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of customer handling
Ability to work independently from home
Must have a smartphone/laptop with reliable internet connection
